Excellent location and sea view.
We could ear the sea to fall asleep.
The property has all the facilities you need to cook, wash clothes and wash dishes (i.e. oven' microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine).
The bedroom are spacious and have lots of space to store your belongings.
The balcony is large and has seating and lounge furniture, plus a great sea view.
If you like fishing, it is allowed on breakwater pier around 200m from the flat. Plus next to it there is a cove were you can snorkel and see plenty of fish.
Just underneath the house there are plenty of nice restaurants and at a 5min min walk there is the marina and little venice.
The decor could be a bit updated... but did not bother us.

La ubicación es inmejorable, te despiertas y ves el mar. La terraza es grande y con todo equipado: 2 toldos, 2 hamacas, mesa y sillas, otra mesa y sillones...ventiladores de aspas en las habitaciones y aire acondicionado en el salón. Incluso dispone de sillas y sombrilla para la playa. Muy tranquilo, a pesar de tener restaurantes al lado. La entrada a los apartamentos es directamente por el paseo.

Tiene una ubicación excelente, vistas maravillosas, muy tranquilo por la noche, una terraza estupenda, dispone de sillas y sombrillas de playa.
Que el aparcamiento se pague aparte, la zona tiene poco aparcamiento, la mayoría zona azul, si estuviera incluido en el precio, sería muy valorable
