I liked how close it was to the area, was able to just walk to and from my show! The staff was excellent, especially Ms. Grace, I believe that was her name. She helped with an early check in and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the location and all offered amenities!

Spacious room, helpful staff
For older travelers it would be helpful to have rubber mats in the shower as the tub surface is slippery and unsafe.

It was easy to find. Staff was friendly.
The hotel allowed for a dog to sit at the table at breakfast and eat off silverware that humans use. Completely unacceptable. There are policies even for service dogs that the hotel should be aware of. It is unsafe abs unsanitary for animals to share specific items with humans. The dog was close to the food, eating with a fork and sitting on the same chair with humans as if he was one. The staff was really nice and informed me it was nothing they can do about the dog because it’s a service dog however the hotel should research this topic for they still have to abide by the rules and regulations of the hotel. I will not be staying here in the future although the space was nice.
