Everything was GREAT! The only issue we had was that our room was very far from the elevator and that the pool was freezing but other than that the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was good, I loved how they had the rooms set up, we'll definitely be back.
We just didn't like the fact that the pool was cold and our room was far from the elevator

The staff were really nice and it had so much food. Good in the morning and complimentary snacks and they just went out of your way to make you feel comfortable while on SA. They als asked how it was going thus far. It really is a great hotel
Booking.com legions when I was overcharged by mistake or nasty to the hotel. Otherwise it was a great stay
