Very convenient place to stay at

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants are in close distance, aircon within the property, apart from oven the kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, etc... Very nice surprise was an umbrella and 2-3 chairs on the beach.

car park is a bit tricky to get out if you have a larger vehicle ( as ours 8 -seater van), we stayed at the bottom flat and we could hear people above us walking, moving chairs, etc.. so some sort of noise-cancelling insulation would be a good idea.

Andiamo con ordine 1) Comunicazioni poco corrette: 15 giorni prima dell’arrivo ci sono stati richiesti i dati di tutti gli ospiti (il giorno di Ferragosto), quando il soggiorno era già pagato e non più rimborsabile. 2) Cauzione raddoppiata senza preavviso: 4 giorni prima della partenza ci è stato imposto un deposito cauzionale doppio (400€ invece di 200€) con la motivazione che “eravamo ragazzi che potevano disturbare”. La comunicazione è arrivata via WhatsApp, con toni poco cortesi, sostenendo che l’alloggio fosse riservato solo a famiglie. Alla mia domanda sul perché questa variazione non fosse stata comunicata al momento della registrazione degli ospiti, mi è stato risposto che “non avevano guardato i dati” e se ne erano accorti solo in quel momento. Poco corretto, soprattutto perché questo aumento non è indicato nella prenotazione. 3) Servizi poco chiari: all’arrivo (sabato alle 16:30) ci è stato detto che avevamo l’ombrellone incluso, ma ci è stato negato l’uso la mattina stessa del check-out (domenica alle 9:30)… lo dovevamo usare di notte? 4) “Carta igienica inclusa” = un solo rotolo per 5 persone. 5) Accoglienza scortese: abbiamo percepito un atteggiamento maleducato, come se la nostra presenza fosse mal tollerata e i nostri soldi avessero meno valore rispetto a quelli di una famiglia. Jesolo merita, ma sicuramente non torneremo più con questa agenzia. (Ovviamente non c’è stata nessuna lamentela da parte dei condomini per quanto riguarda il nostro comportamento.)

Tágas, remek elhelyezkedés. Az erkélyről látszódik a tenger.

Remek elhelyezkedés. A háztól pár percre, az utca végén a tengerpart van. A sétálóutca a közelben, ennek ellenére csendes. Sok bevásárlási lehetőség. A szálláshoz saját parkoló tartozik.

Reggel 4.50-kor a kukásautóra ébredni nem kellemes, csukott ablaknál is nagyon behallattszott. Ez minden napos volt.

Locație ok, la et 2, 2 balcoane, bucatarie utilata cu plita pe gaz și mașina de spălat rufe

Din păcate, nu ești avertizat ca trebuie să dormi cu geamurile și ușile închise. Am lăsa peste noapte ușa la balcon deschisă, la etajul 2 și au intrat hoții peste noi în timp ce dormeam. Au cotrobăit și au luat tot ce au gasit cash. Nu a fost mult dar au intrat peste noi. Nu sunt camere de supraveghere exterioare. Bine ca nu ne-am trezit și au lasat actele și cardurile și ne-am putut întoarce acasă.
