Die Lage ist super, ausreichend Platz vorhanden bzw. ausreichend Geschirr, freundliche Leute, Sonnenschirm und Liegen waren im Preis imbegriffen, Parkplatz vor der Wohnung, Geschäfte gleich neben an.

Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen, müffiliger Geruch im Schlafzimmer, unbequeme Dusche, pfeifendes Geräusch von den anderen Wohnungen wenn das wasser eingeschalten wurde. Luftentfeuchter war immer in Betrieb. Dunstabzug war nicht funktionstüchtig. Gefehlt hat: im Bad ein Müllkübel, ein Wasserabzieher für die Fliesen im Bad.
