Villa wPrivate Pool &Themed Rooms, near Disney

The house we stayed in on Bookmark Drive was a beautiful spacious home, we had a group of 11 but this house easily fits 12! My husband was happy that the kitchen was fully stocked with necessary kitchen items, especially that there were larger coffee cups! The kids enjoyed the arcade game, my 67 year old mom was like a little kid playing Pacman! The neighborhood was really busy but we felt safe in this neighborhood, lots of families for 4th of July week. We took the 5 minute drive to the main pool area where there was a lazy river and larger pool, food, drinks and snacks were available to purchase. The cabanas are available to rent for a hefty fee. The kids enjoyed this space even though it was super busy. Us adults were able to find a spot in the larger pool to hang out and enjoy the sun!

The game console did not work, the game controllers did not work, that was ok with the kids but I suggest it get fixed. There is also a leak in the ceiling near the laundry room/ kitchen area, you can see the stains on the ceiling and when someone uses the upstairs tub it leaks a lot and drips onto the kitchen floor which could be a slipping issue.

Loved how close to theme parks it is and there is a target just outside of gates

The house is very nice decorated, spacious and had almost everything that we could ask for.

The backyard. It was very small to a family of 9 enjoy the area . The installation of a fence , left very small area to be enjoyed. The table and six chairs could not be enjoyed, because of the space, and the two chaise lounge was completely out of purpose , just looking at the neighbors pool.
