Ulivi Apt, recently renovated and tastefully decorated, has a kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed and fireplace, another living room with sofa bed and TV, a solarium equipped with sunbeds and external shower. The house is surrounded by a charming garden with a seaview from which you can admire the panorama in complete relaxation, perhaps sipping a cocktail comfortably seated at the table on the terrace.

Check Out must be done by 10am
All Guests must provide a valid Identity Document for the registration with State Police.
Tourist Tax € 4,00 day/person for a maximum of 7 days must be paid in cash upon arrival. Minors are exempt.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit at Ulivi apartments. Positives included the beautiful views and the very helpful Anna at check in. Our concerns regarding ants in the kitchen and faulty plumbing were addressed fairly quickly, however the listing included 3 bathrooms while there were only two and only one was available for the six of us while the problems with the toilet were sorted. The views and the garden were the best part, unfortunately construction throughout the day across the way made it less than serene but not the fault of the rental property. The neighborhood had trash in the streets, the apartment was adequate but would have had lots of potential with a few upgrades.
