Pool! Near Fort Moore & Downtown - Our White House

Summary:
If you are traveling to Columbus or Fort Moore (less than 10 minutes away!) with a large group, this is the place for you! A total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allow you to gather the whole family together; we have a great backyard with a grill and plenty of parking! This historic home offers a modern kitchen, beautiful dining room, relaxing living area, comfy beds, and a pool shared with the cottage house! It's the perfect home away from home. We hope to host you!

The Space:
Our pool is closed for the season. It will be noted here when it reopens in the Summer of 2026.

Please note: we book the cottage house on the property separately. The pool and yard area are shared, but you will have full and private access to the main house. Interested in more space? Inquire to reserve both!**

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. The home has two living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, in-home laundry, an above-ground pool (shared with the cottage house), and more!

The main house and cottage house guests share the pool and the yard. NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, with the backyard being shared with the carriage house guests.

The Neighborhood:
Located in midtown on a large corner lot with giant mature trees. You are less than 3 miles from St. Francis Hosptial and downtown Columbus. A stones throw away from everything else you might need including grocery and restaurants!

Getting Around:
We recommend driving but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
