Watergate #508 is a well-maintained, end-unit, ocean block condo located on the 5th floor with an elevator for easy access. This two-bedroom unit features a living room, a den, and 2 full baths. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with great views of both the ocean and the bay. The condo provides all of the conveniences of home, including 3 televisions, a washer and dryer, and WIFI - note the TV's are streaming only. Bed sizes include a full-size bed (deep mattress) in bedroom 1, a pyramid bunk and a single (1 full, 2 single) in bedroom 2, and a trundle bed in the den for a max occupancy of 6. Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This unit rents any 3 nights all season. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Please note that the outside shower and luggage carts are not for guest use.

Okay, but would not rent this unit again, because of layout and furniture.

The unit was wonderful. Plenty of space and location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked.
Only concern was there was “zero “ toilet paper in unit, not even a small amount in the holder for when you first arrive.
But other than that the unit was fantastic

You get what you pay for. Close to the beach. Plenty of space. Inexpensive. But, old and outdated property and furniture. Not dirty but not clean either. We cleaned the place when we got there to bring it up to live-able. I wouldn’t stay here again, but if you are looking for a cheap place to stay at the beach, this’ll do the trick. Management company is responsive.
