1 bedroom apartment on the 17th floor on one of the most prestige buildings in Cartagena. 1 master bedroom with a full king size bed (Can be converted to 2 single beds), private attached bathroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. Big balcony with a table to have dinner with a view. Beach is only a short walk away and the pool has a view to the ocean right in front of the building. Shopping mall right below the building too! This is a spacious one-bedroom apartment that includes one king bed in the main bedroom which can be separated and form two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. A full high end bath with hot shower and a kitchen with everything you need for your stay. There is a pool in the 12 floor with an incredible view over the ocean and the Walled City to the right. This is a space that is best suited for couples, small families or some friends who want the best place for spending their days in beautiful Cartagena. The building also has a shopping mall right below it. You don't have to leave the building to enter one of the best shopping malls in the city with a great supermarket to shop for your groceries. Registered guests can enter the pool area without any problem. The gym will be available shortly due to COVID-19. Only the registered guests can enter the building. No additional visitors are allowed. Upon arrival I will make sure everything is perfect for your stay, me and my staff will be at your entire disposition 24/7 The Bocagrande (Big Mouth) area contains the bulk of the city's tourist facilities, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, to include El Laguito (The Little Lake) and Castillogrande (Big Castle), two neighborhoods. Bocagrande has long beaches and commercial activity found along Avenida San Martín. Transportation is easy to get on this part of Cartagena. BocaGrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. Lots of great restaurants, hotels, stores and only a 7-10 min drive to "La Amurallada" or the city center. When you register you will be given a bracelet. Please do not remove this. If you loose it you'll have to pay $20,000 for each bracelet lost. Only people registered in the apartment will be the ones allowed in the building. To register someone you must send me full names 24 hours before arrival. Max 4 people in total. no additional visitors are allowed

We stayed in the apartment for a bit more than two weeks and loved it. The view of the harbor from the private balcony is spectacular. The beach is across the street, and there's a pool and a kiddie pool on the 12th floor, along with three hot tubs (FYI, all these are only open until 9 pm). The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the supermarket on the ground floor. The king-size bed is quite comfortable. Staff was very responsive in sending up additional supplies and fixing the internet when it briefly went down. Note that at check-in, you show your passport and are given a wrist band that you wear for the length of your stay. We didn't have anyone come over, but if you're planning to have visitors, find out ahead of time how to do it--they can't just walk in. It's easy to get around with taxis and Uber, and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Getsemani and the old part of the city. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this condo for almost two weeks and loved it! It was located in Bocagrande (just a 15 mins walk from the walled city) across from the Ocean. The Bocagrande area is one of the wealthiest in Cartagena - super safe with tons of restaurants and things to do in the area. The pool overlooking the ocean is spectacular and the reception and security staff of the building were extremely nice and helpful. There is also a mall next to the building with a grocery store so lots of great options for food and essential needs.

It was a great place but they should have mentioned the Major construction going on in front making the beach inaccessible. They need to fix the dryer and are in need of more plates and cutlery.
