La vista y limpieza
La demasiada seriedad del portero de turno, quizás ser más empático con el visitante. Hacerlo sentir más acogedor sin perder su neutralidad y control del espacio en función de su cargo.

The bed and sofa are comfortable and the location is good. The AC works well.
Majority of the chairs in the unit are broken (outside and inside). Only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. No hand soap. Walls are scuffed up. The towel rack in one of the bathrooms comes off. There was hair strands in the drawer of one of the bathroom. The sheets on the bed are stained.
