Realmente todo muy fácil acceso super céntrico y cerca a escaso 10 minutos del casco histórico con todos los establecimientos farmacia supermercado sitios de comida y la Playaaaaaaaa al frente increible

excelente vista, muy bonito el apartamento, comodo, excelentes instalaciones del edificio

Particularmente nos gustó todo, lo cual corresponde a lo ofertado.

1. The host provided clear instructions on how to enter the apartment and was responding quickly. 2. Great location at the start of Bocagrande beach, from where you can have a 25 min walk to the old city. 3. Access to the beach at the front of the apartment, just across the street. 4. Just a block away from the Bocagrande Plaza and Olympica Superstore. 5. The apartment is very nice, with large full wall windows and big balcony, matching the pictures well. 6. The sea view was stunning from the 20th floor where the apartment was located. 7. The highlight of this place is a roof top pool on the 40th floor with magnificent view of the Bocagrande beach and the sea. Great place to view sunsets.

1. As we arrived we found a huge dead cockroach on top of the stairs, next to the bedroom. The building had a clear issue with these insects as during the 3 day stay we found 4 more live cockroaches, only being in the apartment occasionally as we spent most of the time touring the city. The host informed us that they fumigated the building a week before our arrival, but obviously the issue was still there. I understand that this can happen in the building of this size, and it is not much of the host's fault, but we had to keep all our belongings sealed at all times and this made our stay difficult to fully enjoy. 2. As we arrived there was no hot water. The water heater would not turn on and as the host advised it might be the batteries in it that needed to be changed. He offered to call a technician to fix the issue, but we did not have time to wait for them and didn't want anybody to enter the apartment when we were not present, so we declined the offer. But we still thought that things like this should be inspected before the guest arrival. The water was not very cold, one might feel it refreshing after the hot day of touring, but again, it made our showers a bit uncomfortable. 3. The hairdryer was broken.
