About this house rental
Come and disconnect at the sea! The Castel Breiz house in Sables D'or les Pins will seduce you with its fantastic stone facade and its castle look. This superb family home with a magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach, arranged on 3 floors, has a comfortable and tastefully furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room, 3 toilets. Not far from all amenities and different activities (walks on the beach, hiking, water activities, tennis, golf, market, etc. ...) this villa is ideal to meet with family or friends. Private parking in the property. Sheets and towels included.
The house :
Spread over 3 floors, this bright house is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a fireplace, a dining table and an incredible view on the sea.
- A dining room where you can enjoy a good meal facing the sea.
- A modern kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine... with a French window opening directly onto the terrace.
- A large office space, facing the sea, furnished with sofa, armchair and coffee table.
- Room with a boat bed 140 x 190 cm and a sea view. This room has its own bathroom with bathtub, sink.
- WC
On the second floor:
The corridor has a piano and serves three rooms
- Room 2 : sea view, it is composed of a double bed, desk, private bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet
- Room 3: a double bed, and its private bathroom with shower, sink
- Room 4: two single beds with a French window opening onto a balcony with a sea view.
- Room 5 : a bunk bed and a sink
On the second floor :
- Room 6: a double bed, sea view
Exterior:
- The highlight of the house is the fantastic private outdoor space of over 1,000 square meters enjoying a breathtaking sea view. Only a path separates you from the wide sandy beach.
Watch your children play on the beach from the garden while you soak up the sun and end the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky.
- On the other side of the house, you will have a beautiful south-facing terrace of about 30 m², furnished with a dining table for 10 to 12 guests, a parasol and a barbecue. Four deckchairs are at your disposal.
- A balcony with sea view is also accessible from one of the rooms on the first floor.
- Private parking on the property for two vehicles. Street parking is also available.
The neighborhood:
Castel Breizh is located in an upscale neighborhood with spaced villas surrounded by pine trees.
Thanks to its central location in the village, the nearest grocery store is only 800 m away and restaurants are only 7 minutes away on foot. In the summer, July and August, there is a Sunday morning market 800m from the house.
You will find local shops about 5 minutes by car from the house, in the town of Sables d'Or les Pins: bakery, restaurants, grocery stores, Super U supermarket or in Plurien: Henaff's butcher shop (speciality "tue-mouche") and Oiesel bakery.
Many other markets are also located nearby: Fréhel market (all year long), Plurien market (from June to September), Sables D'or market (from July to August).
