The condo was very nice, and the view of the sunrise was beautiful. I enjoyed my morning coffee at the table there!
The condo could use a person to go through it with a screwdriver. The kitchen looks redone, but the drawers are broken. The beds are on wheels and squeak sometimes. Also, the mattresses had foam pads on them to increase softness, but it also made it warm to sleep on.
They do not want the A/C temp set below 74!
The process for arrival is easy, but they require you to arrive before 9pm, so if there are any delays you can not get into your condo for the night!
There are fobs you must carry with you to access the building. It is nice for safety.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but some of these things are good to know before booking.

Overall the stay was fine. One main fact that needs to be addressed is the thermostat. It says not to put below 74 but still the system still freezes over and stops altogether. It was too hot for sleeping. We had to open windows. The other problem we had was with the building. We did not get a remote for the garage and therefore parked up top. The first parking place facing the building is next to a concrete wall that is too low to see when backing out. We damaged our car as many have before us obviously. The wall is all marked up where others have done the same. A couple of bushes planted in that area could help avoid future accidents.

Th condominium is mainly older people. One of the other condo owners was very rude to us. We were just following one of their many list of rules and they actually got made about that. I’m not saying it’s a bad rental it just isn’t family friendly. More for an older crowd.
