The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

I just strongly believe that the parking situation should be addressed in the description when you're booking. You are guaranteed a parking spot in the underground garage that has a 6'5" clearance. You are not guaranteed parking outdoors. I found this out AFTER the non-refundable period. I should have been advised of this before. Also, no trailer parking. It wound up that there were parking spots available outdoors for our truck that cannot fit into the garage, but something should be said up front for those who have higher vehicles. Other than this issue, though, everything was really nice. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The unit was well kept, comfortable and provided everything we hoped for during our stay. My family really enjoyed the accommodations. We would definitely stay there again.
