Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Our family loves paddle boarding, so this was a fantastic location. The host also provided a single and a double kayak for guest use. It is also a great location or crabbing.The house was great I had some fun features like a screened in balcony off one of the bedrooms. The extra loft room had great views of the water and was very comfy.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Annick with our two grand children and our two daughters and our son. The nice view of the canal, the convenient divisions of the house, the appliances working well and the surroundings perfect for the boys to explore the nature were appreciated. The AC worked well with the really hot weather. To improve, may we suggest more space in the upper bedrooms for storing luggage like hooks and shelves. And we missed space for our grocery when we arrived. We had to squeeze objects on the shelves to store our food. Things to know before the arrival is the size of the bags for the trash can 40 liters or 13 gallons. And the conic filters for the coffee pot.Some kitchen tools were missing like a vegetable peeler and a cheese shredder but there are full of dishes and cutlery. We needed service at the start and they answered that on monday morning, not during the week-end

We stayed 5 nights without the ac working.We were told a few times someone come and check on it nobody ever showed up.Would not recommend this house or the host company that is hosting it.
