Great stay over in Marquise!

The host was so lovely. We had a bottle of water & Haribos left for our children. Everything was beautiful & the location was perfect too. As it was 15th August, there was a town celebration in the square right outside the accommodation, which we really enjoyed. Thanks so much for a great stay! X

The children were excited to use the jacuzzi in the accommodation, but we weren't told until we were shown around that it was €50 to use it. Unfortunately we hadn't budgeted for that, so we had to say no.

It was a really hot day when we arrived and it didn’t really cool down at night. There was a small desk type air conditioning unit but wasn’t quite enough.

Friendly and ideally located for stays on way to/from Calais ferry

Great host, superb location for anyone coming from/to Calais. The apartment is well maintained and parking is easy across the road (and free until 9am or similar)

It's literally one big room with subdividers but no lockable walls/doors (including for the toilet). Quite cozy but if you're travelling with non-family people, that should be considered

Very cute and comfortable and very well equipped with only one notable exception. (see below) Easy parking in the centre of a pleasant and quiet town.

Very good

The bed was comfortable and the host was friendly and extremely helpful. We left our house key there and she has very kindly offered to mail it back to us. Kitchen has all the utensils we needed. Super host!

Toilet and shower is literally in the same room as the whole place so had to be careful when going to the toilet not to wake our sleeping baby. The jacuzzi offer of 40Euro took me be surprise as it was said via text that it was ready for us to use so I think it was maybe my mistake in assuming it was included as part of the deal being over 70pounds for one night. It may be worth bringing your own pillows, I think its a cultural difference having two sofa-like cushions (velvet) rather than a sleeping pillow. Either way they were still comfortable and we got a decent night's sleep.

Laetitia was very welcome take her time to explain everything around the house. The house was clean, parking was very easy and secure, the house has everything you will need.

Not keen on ultra modern

Lovely lady finally found us and showed us round the clean and very modern apartment.

To have a toilet without a wall and door for privacy is not my cup of tea. Dog not allowed on the couch or bed which is fine except there was no where else for the dog to go. A bathroom with privacy would have been a priority for us and where the dog could sleep

Excellent in every way

Beautifully appointed apartment with ample parking just outside. Our host was waiting for us to arrive and she was delightful. Marquise is a pleasant little town with all the amenities you could need, very handy for crossing the Channel. We have been looking for the perfect stop-off in this area for years now, and I think we have found it. We'll be back.......

A minor thing, but the pillows could have been plumper, or two more made available.

Accueil très agréable, description du logement dans le détail à notre arrivée. Logement parfaitement équipée. La propriétaire nous a permis d'arriver le plus tôt possible pour nous arranger, c'était très sympa et pratique pour nous. Parfait, merci beaucoup !

Merci beaucoup Laetitia pour ce superbe accueil tellement chaleureux et bienveillant. Vraiment aux petits soins. La décoration est super, le lieu est très propre et presque tout est fournis ! Endroit très coocooning. Possibilité de se garer très facilement Top du top !

Les toilettes sont assez petites et on entend assez bien le bruit du voisin du dessus pendant la nuit.

Bonne literie, jolie déco (serviettes en coeur et pétales pour les amoureux), bien équipé (produits,etc...)

Les WC ouverts sur la chambre et le salon, très exigus, l’évacuation lente des lavabos et faible débit d’eau aux lavabos et dans la douche (jets inopérants) et studio assez sombre. Option jacuzzi à 40€. Seule la proximité de la côte peut justifier le prix

vraiment sympa, confortable, dans le centre de marquise proche de resto, aldi, lidl, carrefour, intermarché, ... l'accueil et gentillesse de l'hote au top, vraiment propre, tout es pensé.

L'accueil "quatre étoiles" que nous a réservé notre hôte. Les petites attentions ... (que nous ne révèlerons pas). Le calme, le confort, la décoration.

La porte battante qui sépare la chambre de la pièce à vivre n'est pas très fonctionnelle et détonne par rapport au reste de la décoration.
