Great apartment near Bolzano

It was a clean apartment, had everything we needed (toaster and hair drier including), with very comfortable beds.

Cosiness of the apartment, cleaning, all the necessary facilities. Very kind host! Not far away from Bolzano (only 15 minutes driving).

The pillows unfortunately are not really so comfy.. after a day driving, maybe it can better :)

Great place to stay for both a relaxing vacation or a biking trip

The host was super nice and responsive. The location is great, with many places to visit and sights to see in the near vicinity. We went there to go biking, which the area is fantastic for! The infrastructure for bikes is very good, and you can easily reach the caldaro lake, bolzano or even meran if you are willing to ride up some hills :) The fact that you have a garage that you can lock is also a great perk!

the bed was a bit to firm for my taste, but that's just me. It wouldn't keep me from booking this appartment again next time .

Sorgenloser Kurzurlaub in schönem Ambiente!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und überlegt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist ebenso ideal. Der Ortskern und die Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig in 4-5 Minuten erreichbar. Somit benötigt man nicht unbedingt das Auto.

Hier gibt es nichts zu erwähnen.

Das Appartement war super zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Alex hat uns durch einen Film super eingewiesen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Appartment war mit der Beschreibung des Anbieters leicht zu finden. Es gibt dazu ein Youtube-Video, dessen Link ich im Vorfeld der Anreise erhalten habe. Dabei werden die Örtlichkeit, wie auch die Nutzung der verschiedenen Schlüssel für den Zutritt zur Wohnung, zur Tiefgarage, usw. gezeigt. Absolut top organisiert. Der Anbieter hat vor Anreise bereits alle möglichen Fragen geklärt, sodass eine weitere Kontaktaufnahme während des Aufenthalts nicht nötig war. Die Lage des Appartmens war sehr gut - 4 Gehminuten vom zentralen Busbahnhof in Kaltern entfernt. Das Busnetz ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgebaut, sodass wir unser eigenes Fahrzeug während des gesamten Aufenthalts in der Tiefgarage belassen konnten. Zudem stellt der Vermieter mit dem ersten Tag eine "Gästekarte" zur kostenlosen Nutzung nahezu aller öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war sehr gut und sehr detailiert mit Blick mögliche Bedarfe der Mieter durchdacht.

Aus meiner Sicht gibt es absolut nichts Negatives anzumerken.

Sauberes, modernes Apartment in bester Lage in Kaltern. Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und äußert geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten beim Busterminal und benötigt zu Fuss keine 10 Minuten zum Marktplatz in Kaltern. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
