Localização perfeita, casa espaçosa, cozinha equipada, excelente sofá na sala.

Precisa de algumas renovações e uma limpeza mais a fundo.

Fijne locatie, veel ruimte, gratis parkeren voor de deur. Het is heel fijn om zo naar het strand en het dorp te kunnen lopen. Alles is in de buurt. Ook de patio is prettig en het is fijn dat als je met een gezin bent, er twee badkamers zijn.

Het was niet erg schoon. Met name in de keuken vet en stof. Het kleine kamertje was muf en verouderd. Qua keukenspullen waren sommige dingen niet aanwezig (kruiden, olie, grote pan, vergiet) die je wel nodig hebt. Waar we vooral niet zo blij mee waren is de buren die iedere ochtend om 5.30 uur opstonden om naar werk te gaan. Daar kan de appartement eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar is wel iets om rekening mee te houden want het is erg gehorig.

The house has a lot of potential and it has the basic features that are needed. It is also quite close to a beach. The beds were comfortable.

House was not properly cleaned. we found dirty cutlery, plates and random hair in the bathrooms and bedrooms - which we had to clean. The communication was bad and led to a bit of anxiety since I texted early in the day before our check in to receive the instructions on how to access the property and got no answer - indeed the property didn’t communicate at all prior to the check in. On the day of the check in we tried contacting again - called actually - and no one replied. We only received a first sign of life from the property at around noon on the day that we were checking in, which is not great. The instructions we received about how to access was also far from clear (leading to a call) and the property addressed me by a different name, which seems a bit unprofessional and strange.
