location is excellent,, and it’s actually very quiet in the morning , despite no blockout blinds morning light was not too bad
it’s OLD and TIRED, the only renovation is one bathroom the rest is circa 1980. It’s not secure on front porch as easy to stick hand in and unlock-where surfboards are kept. no curtains in master, sliding door comes off rails, clothesline old, outdoor area old, dusty . kitchen sink does not drain, no aircon, should be classed as budget, no harm in giving this place a paint

Beautiful location and birds galore, a little hard on the old knees walking up from the beach but beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
The colour scheme was awful. The decking needed fixing, did not go out there much, too scary. Parking the car was very cramped.

The property had a lot of maintenance that needed to be fixed & bathroom windows had no blinds for privacy & no exhaust fans includingthe both bathroom / laundry . No secure lock on the front door as the shutters were damaged & someone could easier get access inside the accommodation which is due to landlords not willing to repair basic maintenance issues
