LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - Yes no driving, no parking, no traffic. Just a short stroll (3-4 mins) to Little Cove beach and or the National Park and of course Hastings Street only another 5 mins along the boardwalk. The property is fully fenced for privacy and security.

A delightful and secluded cottage found adjacent to The Noosa National Park AND just three minutes walk to pristine Little Cove - the local's private beach. One continues from Little Cove to Hastings Street with worldly cafes, iconic restaurants, and stylish shops - just five minutes stroll along the boardwalk overlooking the Laguna Bay.
From Caroona the main entrance to The Noosa National Park is two minutes wander down Mitti Street where one will discover a variety of scenic parkland and coastal walks including access to the Pacific Ocean at Sunshine Beach.
Caroona welcomes you with 3 bedrooms (each with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan) and remodelled fully tiled bathroom with a large rainfall shower. The open plan living and kitchen area flows out to a covered patio overlooking the private courtyard at the front of the cottage. At the back there is 2 decks the upper designed for relaxation overlooking the native National Park inspired landscaped garden.The lower deck with dining for 6 includes a BBQ and is settled amongst the gardens.

Fantastic location- can walk everywhere. Lovely and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings St. location has everything you need for a gorgeous break

We were happy with the cottage and location and Allen catered to my Chemical Sensitivity by having the house cleaned with non fragranced products but unfortunately we were not advised that there was construction of a very large house occurring next door. The builders were cutting and drilling outside which caused quite a lot of noise on numerous days. Then on another day the scaffolding was removed which was very loud. The day we departed the builder was working on our side of the fence. Had I known this I would not have booked this place for the week as I was unable to relax outside and read a book due to the noise. Allen did recompense us for the disturbance but I still would not have stayed here had I known.
