A comfortable stay in a quiet area.

Easy bus ride to centre Vancouver. Local shops & restaurants ok. Quiet neighbourhood.

The house is beautifully decorated and very clean and tidy. On the negative side the sheets were too small for the beds and the mattress in the ground floor bedroom was very soft, which is not to our liking. A blanket was provided in each wardrobe but there was no duvet. Fortunately for us the weather was warm and the heating was very effective. However for winter bookings a duvet would be essential. There were no manuals for things like the dishwasher, the oven or the microwave and I would recommend that these are provided for future bookings as we struggled to work out how to work the oven in particular. I found the sofa quite uncomfortable and the cushions really thin so all in all not to my liking or comfort. The owner was very quick to respond to emails and messages. His mother lived in the house next door to the accommodation and so she greeted us when we arrived, but we would’ve appreciated personal contact with the owner. We appreciated the owner booking a taxi for us to the airport as we had no use of our phones during our stay. We enjoyed our stay in the house, but would not describe it as luxury accommodation.

Beautiful stay!!

They let us check in early, 2 hrs early.

Just a suggestion, have more towels if guests are staying for more days. We were there for 4 days and need to wash towels everyday. Maybe our fault too, we could have ask for more, I just didn’t bother messaging them since there’s a washer. And the things in the pantry, sauces, condiments, for sure it’s the guest that left it there. A lot of them are expired.

Conveniently located near the Pacific Coliseum and very cozy!

We loved this place! Great location for going to the Pacific Coliseum. We walked to avoid the parking cost and hassle. We enjoyed the neighborhood to walk the dog around and felt safe at night. The little house is so cute and comfortable. Parking on the street was easy.

Great location

It was a great location. Short drive to any Vancouver attractions. Pics are accurate and beds are comfortable.

Rental is listed as having air conditioning, but that is only in the living room area downstairs. We visited in early July, and it was rather warm (mid 80's) during the day, so the fans provided upstairs in the bedrooms didn't keep it as comfortable as we would have liked.

Luxury stay

The house is comfortable and very clean. There are many good restaurants in the area within 10 minutes by walk. The location is great. I loved the quiet neighborhood. It was easy to go downtown by R5 bus.

lovely layout and very clean house. Beds were so comfy and owner had coffee, tea, crisps and all things needed in for us to use. she was very nice lady too. Area was nice and not too far from things in Vancouver. we had wonderful stay

Overall, the place was very modern and clean (exactly like the photos). The location was great and it was easy to find overnight parking. Dusan was extremely accommodating with our special requests, will definitely book here again for our next trip!

Ein tolles, schönes Haus. Die Einrichtung war sehr großzügig, besonders in der Küche. Habe es sehr geschätzt, dass Salz, Alufolie, Waschmittel usw. vorhanden war. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach, reaktionsschnell, ebenso das Check-in.

Ich dachte vor meiner Anreise, dass das Haus etwas Näher am Zentrum liegt von Vancouver. Aber die tägliche Hin-und Rückreise von je 35-45 min habe ich unterschätzt, aber gut machbar, da die Bushaltestellen in der Nähe sind.
