The possibility of living in the center of Rome, a few meters from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, in a building with a private garden, knowing that you have all the comforts that allow you to feel at home is what distinguishes this apartment.
The renovated interiors, the elegant furnishings and the proximity to the major points of attraction, together with the assistance that we will be happy to provide, make this house a unique opportunity to experience an unforgettable holiday in the name of luxury!
The Vespasiano Apartment is a comfortable apartment located in a building in the center of Rome. The building stands out for its privacy and silence, despite its central location.
The house is located on the ground floor and overlooks the internal courtyard, guaranteeing a view of a green area, well-kept and not passing through. The house is bright and private and consists of the following rooms:
- living room with sofa bed, 2-seater sofa, dining table for 4 people and television.
- bedroom with double bed, with large wardrobe and overlooking a part of the internal courtyard that is not passable, therefore with absolute privacy and silence.

- full bathroom with bathtub
The refined environment has just been renovated to combine comfort with elegance.
The apartment is equipped with washer-dryer, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, wi-fi, air conditioning and independent heating. Accessories such as towels, hair dryer, sheets, extra blankets and pillows, shampoo and some basic necessities (spices, oil, coffee...) for the kitchen are provided, so as to make your vacation easier and more comfortable.
APARTMENT RULES:
- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22:00 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation
- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- travel cot available on request
IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Upon request, guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the link sent by our staff.
*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.

A great apartment, big space, very well appointed with everything we needed. The gift of limoncello was definitely appreciated! The apartment had some lovely furniture pieces, but would benefit from a lot less chotskies and large vases with silk flowers. The host was quite responsive as check-in day approached, and actual checking in was smooth & easy, although prior to that had wanted us to check-in via a website outside of VRBO, which I was just not comfortable with.
All in all a great space, and a nice apartment that has you living like a local.
