location and proximity to areas of interest
elevator in the building needs to be upgraded. due to the demand and frequency of use it needs to be serviced and repaired or calibrated. we got stuck inside for a few minutes. pls service the cleaning of the apt as part of the amenities. towels and sheets need to be replaced every so often.
