CASA EL OLIVO, TENERIFE

This villa was by far the best place we have stayed on Tenerife. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The garden is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and creates a peaceful atmosphere where you can truly relax. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and clearly cared for every day. A special thank you to Santi, who was always available and ready to help with any questions or requests. His hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tenerife and would love to come back in the future!

We loved everything about our stay. Our flight was changed which meant we were arriving 5hrs earlier than expected. I contacted Santi and he very kindly allowed us to check in early without any further cost. Prior to arrival Santi sent us lots of info about places to eat and places to go. Also any questions we had he very promptly answered them. When we arrived at house and opened door into garden we all said Wow!!! The garden is very tastefully decorated and the pool was so much bigger than it looks in pictures. We spent so much time sitting in the garden admiring the beauty of it. Inside the house is truly stunning. It's decorated to a very high standard and it was a joy sitting at night in such comfort. I normally struggle to sleep in a strange bed but I slept like a log every night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and actually felt like my own bed at home. We were welcomed with a lovely basket of goodies which was a very nice touch. Santi provided everything and more to enhance our stay. All basic food items are provided as well as cleaning products toilet tissue and washing pods for washing machine which all helps cut the cost of holiday. We always rent homes when on holiday but we have never been provided with anywhere near as much as Santi provided for us. The house is a 2min walk from bus stop which takes you to Los Cristianos in 20mins. There are several nice eating places near house and a huge supermarket that is very cheap a couple mins walk away. We will definitely be returning to Santis house next year. We can't recommend it highly enough. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go.

- Schönes kleines Haus mit Allem was man benötigt - Parkplatz in der Nähe - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - zentrale Lage für Ausflüge sowohl zum Teide als auch an den Strand und die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten - Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber; Aufgrund einer Flugverspätung und Ankunft am Folgetag konnten wir dennoch schon vor der eigentlichen Ankunftszeit in die Unterkunft.

Allgemeines - Grundreinigung zwingend notwendig; alles sehr schmutzig klebrig und abgenutzt - Leider gibt es nur eine Klimaanlage für das gesamte Haus und nicht im Schlafzimmer eine separate - Das Bad ist sehr eng. - Das obere Stockwerk ist nur für kleine Personen geeignet. Dusche - Lleider haben wir nicht herausgefunden, wie man in der Dusche in eine normale Temperatur einstellt - trotz Erklärvideo des Eigentümers. Dabei sollte kein Video notwendig sein, um eine angenehme Duschtemperatur einzustellen. Dies ist hier aber sehr kompliziert. Waschmaschine - keine Wasch-Taps vorhanden - Wäscheleine und Wäscheklammern sehr schmutzig - Wäschetrockner an der Wand nicht nutzbar, da direkt unter dem Olivenbaum und ebenfalls sehr schmutzig - das Befüllen der Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und Weichspüler ist aufgrund der Verbauung nahezu unmöglich. Privatsphäre - Nachbar schaut regelmäßig über den Gartenzaun - direkt gegenüber ist ein Wohngebäude, wenn man unbeobachtet sein will, muss man dauerhaft den Sichtschutz aufgezogen haben Nachbarschaft - sehr lauter und nerviger Hund - Nachbarn im gegenüberliegenden Wohngebäude sehr laut; permanent Musik oder / und Geschrei klimatische Verhältnisse - durch leicht erhöhte Lage dauerhaft wolkig und damit wenig Sonne - während am Strand die Sonne schien, ist es hier immer bewölkt
