The location was excellent, the entire complex was very pretty and we could not stop taking photos. The chkin and chk out was very quick and efficient. Buggies are available for those who dont want to walk. But its worth mentioning that for a new property the staff are not only extremely well trained but they are excellent, very polite and caring. And the food...its absolutely delicious - especially the Himachali food, the pickles and jams made by the chefs in house.

We had booked a mountian view room but there are no rooms with mountain view, so this should be removed from the site They compensated us by including dinners in our package. Being a new property the gym and pool is still not functional but this is known while booking.

The location may be a tad isolated but the beauty that surrounds the property is marvellous. The greenery within the property and in surrounding areas made it a surreal experience for us. The Service- no need to guess. It was top class. Shruti, nikhil and Shikha were thoroughly professional and competent in whatever they did. Thanks to Mr Darshan for accommodating our special requests. The staff has a unique way to elevate the overall guest experience and I’m yet to come across a 5 Star property with sumptuous food as theirs across every single meal and every single cuisine. The consistency surprised us. All in all an experience of the highest level.

Lack of a swimming pool. That would complete an otherwise fine experience.

The location was lovely, it was peaceful and beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Overall the stay was very nice however the AC - cool option didnt work which was annoying and there was mould in bathroom which wasn’t expected from a five star resort when you are paying that much. Additionally it says there is a kids club however there wasnt much for the kids.
