Everything was perfect. the kids loved the water park, we loved the food, the pools were very nice as well. The room too, spacious and clean. The shared pool had too much chlore (but I can understand why). We also like very much the night events.
Not much to do in waliking distance :) But was not a problem as we didn't want to leave the hotel :)

Clean, tidy and sleeping areas all great and hotel was nice. Fabio was really really nice and great fun to watch or be part of his bi go or games. He was awesome and will remember him for a while
Water too cold, I did not use the private pool as was way to cold for my liking. Themed nights was nice but such a small offering for these. Italian night had one pasta. Where feel should be lots of pasta and sauces with pizzas for example. Booking mini golf was full on booking system but hardly saw anyone using it all day. A couple of the bar staff felt just did not want to be there but some was great.
