Great property, loveliest hosts, amazing stay

We absolutely loved staying here! The host is amazing, and the whole team! They were understanding, responsive, friendly and available all the time for all questions we had. The apartment is clean, a lot of towels, sun beds are available (but you need to bring them to the beach, which is completely fair). The property has a great location, the nearby beach is very nice and clean and the city is a ride away - you can have the best of both worlds.

Owner is really good, she waited on us in front of the building. Appartment was the same as in the pictures, we enjoyed our stay, its really close to beach, shop and bus stop. Thank you.

Great location

Amazing location, very comfortable appartment with comfortable and big bed. There is everything what is needed for the stay. Great beach close to apartment where you do not need water shoes. Very friendly and helpfull owner.

Quiet place with perfect beach

Wonderful location: beach is literally 2 minutes away and commuting to/from Split is quite convenient. Communication with the host: extraordinary. Vlado replying you right away and ready to help asap - it made us feel very welcome. Thanks! Everything else was also great, 10 out of 10

Would be super convenient to have a shelf or smf similar in the shower - there is no place to stand a shampoo bottle. And about commuting around: google doesn’t show the location properly when you copy paste from Booking. We almost ordered a taxi to a different (quite far) location when arriving - but luckily got a text from host a day before. And a hint for future travelers: when going to a larger grocery store Ricola - walk there by the beach, not by a street full of cars and no pedestrian zones.

Vlado was an amazing host.Flight was late but Vlado waited for me too arrive and explained everything to me.Location to beach amazing.Even when i had a small issue Vlado and mother on hand to quickly helo.1000% recommend.

Only one thing that i can say was if there was maybe a toaster in room be great addition.

Apartment exceeded our expectations and Vlado, our host, made us feel very welcome and really went above and beyond for us. He was very easy to contact, when needed, and gave us great recommendations during our stay. Apartment was spacious, very clean. If we're ever in Podstrana again, there is not a doubt that we would come back and stay here!

Superb

Good size apartment with excellent location. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach and everything you need close by like a supermarket and restaurants. The food stands along the beach were nice and with good pricing 👍 we also enjoyed pizza Fabio that's close by as well. Vlado is super nice and offers airport transfers.

The bars and restaurants along the beach are quite expensive. They set the prices per 100g of meat which makes it even more expressive and still have to order a side dish to that. It's also Impossible to split the check which is silly when traveling in a group. Nothing I didn't like about the apartment 😊

Nice place in front of a nice beach!

We really liked the apartment. Vlado is such a nice host and put himself always available to help us. The place has enough space, is clean and very well located. We strongly recommend it! We spent most of our time in the beautiful beach just in front of the apartment. The resort beside charges 350 kn per person to use their sunbeds, swimming pool, gym and spa for the whole day. You can’t just pay for the sunbeds. But it’s worth it!

The bed was not so comfortable, but not a big deal.

Exeptional hospitality! Perfect location! 1 minute walk from the beach. 2 minutes from restourant, store, bus stop. Very quiet room, clean and comfotable, there is everything you need, everything for kitchen. Kindly and frienly staff, awesome beach nearby. Wi-fi connection was really nice. Highly recomended place

Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants all within walking distance along the beach. Grocery store and bank machine across the street. Beautiful scenery! Hosts were very friendly too.

Great location near beach and Le Meridien hotel complex. Parking in front of the apartmant. Centre of Split is quite close cca 20 min by car/taxi. Bus station to Split is across the street. Very nice and friendly family is managing this apartment. I recommend :).

Perfekter Urlaub in Podstrana

Das Appartement sowie die Fürsorge unserer Gastgeber war einzigartig.Es fehlte an nichts. Kurze Wege zum Strand sowie zum Einkaufen. Toller Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöne Promenade am Meer zum spazieren.

Leider gibt es kein Ortszentrum.

L’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement est situé à quelques mètres de la plage il n’y a qu’à descendre quelques marches et nous y sommes ! De même il est proche des commerces et restaurants de plages ainsi que de quelques activités. Enfin, il y a un arrêt de bus à 1 min de l’appartement qui permet de rejoindre le centre ville de Split en 20min, mais également Trogir et Omis. L’appartement était très propre et avec toutes les choses nécessaires a l’intérieur.
