This place is such a hidden gem. It's super spacious and right by the beach (you can literally see it from one of the bedrooms and the deck). We had the best stay ... being able to relax on the patio or hot tub, go for a stroll down the sea wall or have lunch/dinner at nearby restaurants. I also managed to walk to my surfing lessons which was absolutely amazing. The place has its own parking stall but we never really used it since the street parking was always available. There are nearby hikes which take you to a gorgeous back trails around the mountains. Mini market is walking distance should you need it. We also used the washer which was very convenient.
There was a bit of an ants problem, but it wasn't a deal breaker - just clean up your food after you're done with it and everything will be just fine.

The house couldn't have been better situated in terms of proximity to the sea, restaurants, shops, playground, natural pool, etc. The garden was lovely, the sunsets filling the house with golden orange light were beautiful. It really felt like paradise and the whole family loved it.
We'd made the booking for 3 adults, one child, and a baby. When we got there the child's bed had no bedding and there was no extra bedding in the property. The company managing the property were fairly quick to respond, but it still meant having to switch and mix bedding around between the rooms so the kid would have sheets for the first couple of nights. Not ideal when you're arriving after bed time and you just want to be able to dump them in bed. The wooden decking, while beautiful, is in dire need of a thorough sanding. Within minutes of our baby crawling on it, the tops of his feet were covered in little splinters. So a place we'd hoped to be able to relax while kids played ended up being a bit of a no go zone. The cooking amenities could do with a bit more thought. There's one good pan, the rest will just assimilate your food into a stuck torn mess. Not enough cutlery either. One other unfortunate situation was that the shower in the big bathroom was clogged and wouldn't drain. When one shower essentially flooded the bathroom, I decided to unclog it myself and pulled out several months worth of hair and goop (I didn't want to think about it too hard!) So it clearly hadn't been maintained as well as it should have. Aside from the shower drain and the decking however, these are all just minor annoyances.

We stayed at this property for 18 nights, and while the location is fantastic, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. What I liked: • The location was truly great, and the general structure of the house has so much potential. • The house itself is spacious, with a layout that could be perfect for families.
What I didn’t like: - The sun terrace was dangerous due to splinters. Everyone in our group got splinters, including our young son, which was a serious concern. - Despite my request, the water in the whirlpool was not changed throughout our 18-night stay, raising hygiene issues. - Communication before and during our stay was lacking—many messages were either delayed or not responded to at all. - Around 50% of the drawers were broken, and some of the garden furniture was unusable because it was damaged. - The kitchen accessories were of very poor quality, with only basic utensils provided, making it hard to cook meals comfortably. - There was no cleaning service for the entire duration of our stay, and the cleaning utensils provided were old and barely usable. Overall, while the house itself is nice and in a great location, the lack of maintenance and poor communication left us disappointed. With better upkeep and attention to detail, this property could be excellent, but as it stands, it doesn’t justify the price we paid.
