Отсутствует уборка. Очень большой лист с угрозами штрафов. Несмотря на четкие инструкции гостям, мы отмывали грязный барбекю сами, это не было сделано ни предыдущими гостями, ни командой клининга. Я считаю, что если даже гости это не сделали, клининг обязан был проверить и предоставить чистый инвентарь. Выброс мусора на гостях, дело в том, что это комплекс на несколько апартаментов, баки для мусора в ужасном состоянии, они грязные и вонючие. Телевизор: аудио колонка напротив телевизора не позволяет включить его, так как блокирует сенсор. Я не знаю почему даже с этим возникают сложности. Я хочу в свой отпуск заселиться и наслаждаться, а не переживать о том, сломала ли я что-либо, отмывать чужую грязь и взаимодействовать с вонючими баками. Черный ковер необходимо менять. Сливной механизм в одной из спален работает плохо. Я считаю что менеджмент плохо справляется со своей работой. Кому-то будет интересно: после бронирования и прежде чем получить итоговые инструкции, необходимо заполнить анкету с вопросами, после чего обязательным условием для получения инструкции будет оплата депозита в 300$. Я считаю, что любые условия должны быть прозрачными изначально, необходимо все указывать в информации, учитывая, что залог 300 требуется только в конце (бронирование невозвратное), плюс большой лист всего, за чем может последовать штраф, это больше похоже на попытку "провести", такое ощущение.

WARNING! - there is ‘NO view’ despite the shot of the spa on a balcony overlooking the lake. The property told me they had removed that deceiving photo but they haven’t. On the plus side, the unit is Clean and tidy. Well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds. Good bathrooms. Heated floors. Gas fire.

Despite a photo of a spa overlooking the lake - there is no spa (and that’s okay because the caption says you can hire one) - but particularly misleading is the view of the lake. There is NO VIEW. We told the property about our disappointment and they apologised and said that they’d removed the photo (and they use it on all their properties which I think is very deceiving/misleading). They haven’t removed the photo. It is very misleading despite the caption that the spa can be hired. It’s says nothing about the view and you certainly can’t hire that! We booked four nights here and were looking forward to drinks on the balcony overlooking the lake. But, There is no balcony and no lake. It is bit dungeon like actually although very clean and tidy. I was very disappointed with the property’s response to us seeking some sort of compensation or small partial refunded. They basically acknowledged the issue by saying they’d removed the photo (which they hadn’t) and said there was nothing they could do. Buyer beware if you want a lake view this ain’t the property for you.
