Queenstown Peaks

The place was bigger and nicer than the photos suggested! Incredible views and really comfortable beds. Whoever set it up really thought about the cold - plenty of heaters, electric blankets, firewood, and a timed split system that had the place warm before we got up. The gardens were beautiful, the storage was plentiful, and the laundry was a lifesaver after a few days on the snow.

There were some crumbs around the place from the previous guests when we arrived, though the place was very clean overall. The rubbish and recycling bins were both full when we got there so there wasn't much room for ours, but it was probably just a collection that hadn't happened yet. The old microwave was the one real frustration: we couldn't get it working at all- maybe it's due for a replacement? Parking was also little tight - it would have been nice to use the driveway as the space by the hedge was a squeeze for our Kia Carnival!

Nothing not to like

The property was both cozy and spacious. It was such a pleasure to return, after a day of sightseeing, to light the fire and relax with the amazing views over Queenstown. Well appointed kitchen.
