Central Queenstown Apt 18a - walk to town

The living area was very comfortable Location is central Overall a good property

Front bedroom could do with block out curtains and some shelving in the wardrobe Neither bed were overly comfortable for us unfortunately

10/10 !! Had an amazing stay with my partner and his younger siblings. Great location, within walking distance from the town centre. The apartment had all the amenities including some spices, salt & pepper, milk, oil, air fryer etc. If you need extras there’s a Fresh Choice (supermarket) right around the corner. Would definitely recommend. Great communication from the owners too 👍🏽

Like others have said, it can be difficult for those who can’t walk up stairs well. 2 flights of stairs inside the apartment as well as a few steps from the garage & road. We also couldn’t find a keypad inside the garage (only outside), so you’ll need another person on the outside to open the gates (about a minute delay).

Le logement était propre, chaleureux et confortable. Le chauffage était performant. La place de parking est un plus. La réactivité du personnel pour régler notre problème de plomberie

La chambre côté ville n’est pas assez isolée, le store laisse passer trop de lumière sachant que les communs sont éclairés toute la nuit. Difficile de bien dormir. Un rideau black out aurait été mieux. Et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur. C’était un peu galère pour les bagages. Le lavabo est un peu petit, difficile de poser des affaires dessus, ça manque d’une petite étagère où poser les trousses de toilettes. On a dû poser les notre par terre car il y a déjà des affaires dans le meuble.

It was close to town, well appointed, clean and the parking was good.

The stairs. If we had of known that there was no lift and how many stairs we had to get up and down on the outside as well as the inside of the apartment we would not have chosen to stay here. It would be good to give people a heads up on that. Also you allow 3 hours for cleaning but the price breakdown for your cleaning fee is for 4, there is already a hold of $500 as a damage deposit surely it would be easy to cover any excess from that. The condensation build up in the apartment overnight is excessive, especially as we did not have the heat pump or the wall heaters on. In the back bedroom it actually drips over the ledge and onto the carpet & we would have thought an electrical safety issue given the wall plug that is situated on that wall for the heater. We had to use one of the towels to mop it up each day. Tea towels to dry the dishes would be a useful addition as even though there is a dishwasher some of the dishes still needed a dry the next day.
