Location, facilities, comfort. The decor enhanced the view. The wine and chocolate on arrival was lovely and the apartment was nicely warm when we arrived.
There were no negative aspects, however the designated parking space was very narrow.

Super view overlooking town park and lake. Fully equipped kitchen. Lift from ground level. Grocery store just around the corner and Speight's pub downstairs
Instructions for recycle and rubbish bins not clear - bins not labeled with apt name, only the restaurants downstairs.
