Built of stone and pink cut stone from Sepúlveda, it sits on a 900-meter plot that is fully fenced.
Comfort has been a priority throughout, and we’ve taken into account that we all love having a bathroom in our own bedroom.
A great deal of thought has also gone into the heating system. The comfort of radiant floor heating is essential for combating the cold. That’s why we chose this type of heating, using clay as the heat-conducting material.
But a wood-burning fireplace also creates a special atmosphere in a home’s living room. We all love watching a fire. The wood and the distinctive scent of wood-burning stoves make us feel the warmth in a more special way.

The main room is a fundamental part of a home. That’s why it’s the heart of ours. Its double-height design makes it unique. The spaciousness of its ceiling and walls blends seamlessly with the single-flight staircase leading to the bedrooms upstairs. Light is also essential in life—and, of course, in a home. Windows open up to the surroundings of Torrecalera. And the star of the show, without a doubt, is the large triangular window. From the main hall or from the upper level of the house, you can see the horizon and the mountains through its large pane of glass.
