Nice place but in need of maintenance some updating and cleaning

This apartment has a lot of potential since it’s big and has 3 bedrooms, large kitchen and living room. Also nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. The balcony is also big and great to sit outside for coffee and dinner. The area was quiet and there are nice beaches close by.

Unfortunately the property is in much need of maintenance and repairs as well as a thorough cleaning. The whole complex seems abandoned to the birds and their nests as well as droppings everywhere. The apartment is full of tacky souvenirs, old liquor bottles and junk that needs to be thrown out. Some of the furniture and appliances are old, broken or too dirty to use. Also some things shown in the pictures are not there like the soft chairs and bar stools in the living room. Now there is just the one couch for 3 people which isn’t so convenient when you are 6 guests. Also the double bed upstairs is now just a mattress on the floor and the other bedroom has very little furnishings besides the 2 twin beds, one of which was broken when we got there. They are also having some problems with the boiler and 2 nights we had no hot water when coming home from the beach. Our first morning was spent washing the entire balcony, seats, cushions, tiles, scrubbing bird poop off the ledges and cleaning the BBQ from cigarette butts and garbage-just so we could sit outside.
