I enjoy the set up here Everytime! I've had different beds, in different rooms and I have never had anything stolen. Roommates are always respectful. There is always a blend of cultures too!

Location around the house is beautiful! Hollywood sign is very near by.
Need to walk a little bit from metro station.

This is a lovely place that feels like home. What is really nice is that there are cooking facilities and the enforcing of quiet hours.There is also a nice outdoor area.The property is well- maintained and decorated The staff is amazing.They try to keep everything clean every day. A tall order for just 3 bathrooms for about 20/25 people.
There are not enough bathrooms for the number of guests and the bathrooms are not clean, as a result, with hair, traces of unmentionables on the toilet, etc. on a daily basis, though the staff cleans daily and is doing the best they can. The rooms are small and can be stuffy or smelly.
