The general layout was as described, with both the front and rear balconies proving to be very advantageous

There were 3 issues:- 1 The fridge was not working when we arrived on the Sunday. We didn't give it our full attention. On the Monday morning, we noticed the dial was at 3, so it was pushed up to maximum. The next day it was still not working, I reported it to the letting agency, who agreed to send a technician, who duly arrived to put the dial down to 3 and to leave it until the next day. On Wednesday, we reported it was still not working and the letting agency arranged to have it replaced, which was completed by that afternoon. 2 We reported a flickering light in the kitchen, which meant that the bulb needed to be replaced - it wasn't attended to when we left. 3 There was a smell from the drains at the rear of the building, which made sitting in the rear balcony in the late afternoon somewhat difficult.
