CONSISTS OF TWO ROOMS, 1 BATHROOM, 1 TOILET, KITCHEN, LIVING-DINING ROOM AND TWO TERRACES, ONE OF THEM IN FIRST LINE OF SEA AND WITH FABULOUS VIEWS TO THE BAY, IDEAL FOR BREAKFAST. IT HAS A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 6 PEOPLE. CLOTHING, WIFI AND FINAL CLEANLINESS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THE BUILDING HAS GARDEN AND COMMUNITY POOL. ALSO VISIT THE ANNOUNCEMENTS 6157193, 6694914 OF WHICH WE ARE ALSO OWNED AND HAVE COMMENTS FROM THE GUESTS.

Large, very well appointed. Perfect in every way. We loved
sitting on the front balcony watching the sea, boat , people walking their dogs. Perfect situated between L,Escala old town and the new one. It was like home from home. would really recommend this property to couples or up to 6 people
secure property, noisy door slamming though. lovely pool private in the garden. Could not fault the property in any way.

Property was located half way to both the old town and the new town. Apartment was spacious and clean. Having two balconies was a bonus especially when the sea breeze was strong.. The only issue had during our stay was the WiFi which occasionally went down. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property.
