De woning is sterk verouderd veel spullen zijn kapot of niet schoon. Dit is geen Bel Villa . Vloerbedekking op de slaapkamers vol met vieze vlekken, parketvloeren erg versleten en liggen los. Douche vieze voegen en beschimmelde kitnaden. Eettafel met kringen en afgesleten bladen. Radiators waarvan de knoppen ontbreken of niet werken. Gordijnen en luxaflex te troosteloos om aan te kijken. Banken waar plaids overheen liggen om de vlekken die er op zitten te verbergen. Houtkachels die niet te gebruiken zijn omdat er geen houtpakket te koop is , wat wel in de boeking staat. Een bonte verzameling van handdoeken en beddengoed wat het linnenpakket voor moet stellen wat wij erbij hebben geboekt. Bedden waarvan de matrassen slecht en vies zijn ,en gigantisch kraken bij enige vorm van beweging. Dus.....al met al hebben wij het gevoel dat wij ipv een Belvilla in een Studentenhuis terecht zijn gekomen. Het is over de hele linie genomen een bij elkaar geraapt zooitje aan meubilair en gebruiksvoorwerpen. Dit kan en mag zo niet door Belvilla verhuurd worden

Wir kamen am Samstag hier an und waren schockiert. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur herunter gekommen sondern auch zu 50% kaputt. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Den Backofen konnten wir überhaupt nicht nutzen da dieser komplett verdreckt war. Hätten wir spontan eine andere Unterkunft bekommen wären wir sofort gegangen. Diese Unterkunft ist für diesen Preis eine Zumutung. Das einzige positive ist die ruhige Lage mehr aber auch nicht.

Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, ideal zum Entspannen. Der große Garten bietet für Familien mit Kindern super Möglichkeiten für Spiel und Spaß. Haus ist gemütlich, war für uns 11 Personen ideal.

Anfahrt problemlos, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, Unterkunft ordentlich und völlig zweckmäßig. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Ortschaft und Sessellift zu Fuß, ist wichtig da mit dem Auto alles länger dauert, vor allem an einem Wochenende ist in Braunlage alles dicht.
