Bathroom with bath, shower in one room, in the large bedrooms have been installed new washing corners.
There are 3 toilets
in the 2 floor, Kickertische combi with several games u. a. Aithockey with blower
The kitchen is fully equipped, table and chairs (3), toaster, electric oven, microwave, kettle, Jura coffee machine E40, and coffee machine with filter extra, pans, pots, glasses and crockery for more than 10 people.
Washing machine and condenser can be used on request for a fee.
For the long evening there are games, z. B. Electronic darts (soft arrows), electronic Battleships, cards and dice. If issued as required by the owner.
In the basement there is a separate room for skis and sleds
For bicycles, there is a lockable former garage.
There are up to 2 parking spaces under the carport and 2 free parking spaces behind the house.

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr da und auch in diesem Jahr war wieder alles super.

Wir haben mit 9 Personen für ein Wochenende im Harzspaß übernachtet.
Die Unterkunft ist einfach (Luxus kann man hier nicht erwarten) aber gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es finden 10 Personen gut Platz. Leider gibt es nur ein Bad mit Dusche (sehr eng) und Toilette. Jedoch befinden sich in zwei Zimmern Waschplätze. Uns wurden vier Schlitten, Stadtplan usw. zur Verfügung gestellt und der Vermieter war stets bemüht uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Der Vermieter wohnt in der unteren Wohnung mit seiner Frau und einem Hund. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage mit separaten Eingang und Klingel.
Bis zum Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel findet man gleich um die Ecke.
