What a great opportunity for one of St. Pete's only water-accessible condo communities! This ground floor unit has a 2/2 split plan, and overlooks the preserve area (that has private access for guests to use as a wonderful nature walk), and is available for 30-day minimum rentals! There is boat and kayak storage available on a first come basis, and your new condo is so convenient to shopping, beaches, and I275! Enjoy walks around the grounds and along Boca Ciega Bay. There is kayak storage available (first come, first served), and a great spot to launch. This hidden gem of St. Pete is your own private sanctuary with great opportunities for outdoor activities.

This complex is great, close to shopping, restaurants, beach, and highways. The residents here are very friendly. The unit we rented did not have a toaster, the Keurig machine did not work, the master bedroom toilet plugged up many times despite normal usage. We ended up buying, and leaving, a toilet plunger. I realize a rental unit will not be exactly like home, but we felt a few of the basics were missing.

It is not too far from the beaches, close to grocery stores, other residents are friendly. the condo is comfortable. As with other condo rentals, bring with you what you regularly use or you might have to buy it.
