About this villa rental
Come and relax in this beautiful residence just a few minutes' walk from the extensive sandy beach of Praia dos Salgados. Casa Luz do Atlantico is a detached house with capacity for 6 people and comprises 3 bedrooms - On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms. The master suite also boasts a fabulous sea view. It has a spacious living room with direct access to the garden and swimming pool and also a dining area. You can also enjoy excellent sunbathing in the garden.
The Villa Luz do Atlantico swimming pool has the following dimensions: 6 m x 6 m; Depth: 160 m
The Villa Luz do Atlantico is equipped with a heated swimming pool that can be activated for a supplement of €60 per day (minimum cost per stay: €420). We also request a 72-hour notice (the time it takes to reach the regulated temperature). The swimming pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C more than an unheated swimming pool.
Just a few minutes' walk away are Galé Beach and Salgados, which are literally in front of the house. Walk a bit further and you'll find the upmarket Apolónia supermarket, renowned pastry shops, restaurants and bars. This house is ideal for those who want to park their car and enjoy a relaxing holiday and, as a suggestion, take healthy walks along the beautiful Salgados Lagoon, or perhaps even play a round of golf at Salgados Golf Course which is right there nearby. Algarve Shopping is about 8/10 minutes' drive away.
Municipal Tourist Tax
Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.
We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

The house is fabulous and has everything you need. There is plenty of space and the views from the balcony are breath taking. It was amazing to be so close to the beach and to have a wonderful Italian restaurant literally across the road.
The check in process was very simple and straightforward as was all communication!
It is well worth the visit and would highly recommend it.

Overall the house is well equiped. Staying over winter, the furniture/heating in the living room could be improved. No problem for other periods as you mostly stay outside during warmer times. We can fully recommend the house and the perfect service by OC villas - thanks

A moradia tem uma localização excelente, que permite estacionar o carro durante as férias e andar a pé. A praia fica a 5min a pé e a piscina e o espaço exterior são bons. A casa tem algumas coisas a melhorar como o sofá e a falta de blackout nos quartos, que segundo nos indicaram serão substituídos antes da próxima temporada 2022.
Com esses upgrades é uma óptima escolha.

Location was fantastic in that it was very walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was lovely and warm from the first day and grounds maintained really well. Villa was clean but a little tired in places. All said we had a fantastic stay and would certainly return.
