Quinta dos Loendros, located in Guia, is a spacious single-storey villa, perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people.
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, all en suite with television, plus a full guest bathroom.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with a dining area, and the comfortable lounge has a large TV, international channels and internet, with direct access to the garden and pool.
Outside, you can enjoy a fantastic private pool surrounded by comfortable Balinese beds, which have replaced traditional sun loungers, creating a perfect space to relax in the sun.
The property also features a barbecue and outdoor dining area, hammock, rocking chairs, table tennis, boules and a large outdoor area with a swing for children.
Children can play in the spacious grounds behind the house with a swing.
Adults have an area reserved for the typical Portuguese game of "Boules".
Quinta dos Loendros is located in a very calm area near the pleasant village of Guia, where you will find Algarve Shopping, a market with fresh produce, banks, pharmacy and all the amenities you may need during your holidays.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The outside was very well equipped and had plenty of space and loungers for sunbathing.
It also provides plenty of shady seating if you choose to get away from the sun. The pool is very large and was very well kept. The inside of the villa was very clean and had extremely spacious areas. The kitchen provided all the amenities you could possibly need and has a large refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser which was very useful. I loved that all bedrooms had their own spacious bathrooms complete with showers. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and would love to rent it again in the future .
The only thing I could possibly say is that sometimes a foul smell would emerge from the bedroom bathrooms on the left side of the villa. Also it would have been nice if the sound system was able to be used.

This property is just like the advertisement. A fantastic villa which is both enormous in size and excellent in quality. All amenities were available and we were very comfortable throughout. A minor maintenance issue was resolved promptly with contact easily made via WhatsApp and a maintenance man on hand the next day to resolve. Can't ask any more. The cleaners due to change sheets mid holiday did so much more and gave the property a full clean to our amazement. They were fantastic and worthy of special mention. Thanks to all the team.

This property was beautiful. Four bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, huge living room and kitchen. The house was completely stocked with every utensil we needed for cooking. The bedrooms had A/C and it worked very well.
Great water pressure. There were tons of towels both for the bathrooms and pool. The pool was amazing. Very clean and perfect temperature. The outdoor areas were perfect for my teenagers. Everything was as described online.
The problem was the location. It was in the middle of a very busy industrial area. When we arrived we though we were in the wrong neighborhood. The street was super busy and the traffic noise was relentless. After a couple of days we got used to that and enjoyed the stay.
The other problem was the smell. I had read previous reviews mentioning the bad smell from the septic tank. I was hoping the problem had been fixed. It was not. Our bedroom smelled like a septic tank every night.
We contacted the property management team and it took a long time to hear back from them. They didn't really help.
