Reasonable 3 bed for short stays

Easy to find, 2 parking spaces, complimentary beverages, and biscuits were a really nice touch. Cleaning was average with cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling in the sitting room and light dust on the tv stand. The door on the downstairs cloakroom was very grubby. The kitchen was clean but the oven is in need of cleaning. We did not use it, but if I was there for longer and wanted to cook, i would have asked for that to be cleaned. The bathroom was clean, with nice clean towels and complimentary shower and shampoo, a nice touch.

The property is a little bit tired. The sealant on the bath was badly affected by black mould. I have not seen mould like that before. That needs to be addressed immediately.

Staying at Birmingham is better.

Equipped with all consumables things like tissues, soap and so on. Also, the private parking.

Excellent host and excellent communication throughout, decent size property and nice family garden for kids.

The back gate and fence was very dangerous and almost broke really not sturdy, there's was holes in doors and could do with a lick of paint as a freshen up and the toilet door downstairs was a nightmare, needs new handle as couldn't get into it at times.

The house was tidy but dirty. Outside the grass was overgrown so we couldn’t sit outside and use the space. There was a beer bottle, cigarette buts and rubbish left by previous guests. I know the house is advertised as perfect for contractors but the online photos made the house look nice for a family to stay in however as tidy as it was, it was not clean and had a smoke smell to it. The kitchen cups, utensils, pots, pans etc all had to be washed prior to use. The carpets were stained and grubby. The house said it could accommodate and sleep 7 which is why we booked it. However there were only 4 seats at the kitchen table and there was no bedding left for the sofa bed. luckily we had a sleeping bag with us. There was not enough glasses for 7. The bathroom was dirty, shower not clean and mouldy. The shower leaks and there is a large bath shaped water mark on the kitchen ceiling. The tap in the bathroom sink continuously ran and the bathroom window did not open.

Great place to stay

Everything from start to us leaving cant find anything to complain about. House is soo close to everything. The night before my stay got a message with all the details and most importantly WIFI password. On the day got inside and was surprised the kitchen had all the essentials like coffee tea sugar not milk tho lool even down to Busicts. The pictures don't do it justice.

Bra läge, gångavstånd till det mesta. Lugnt område.

Saknar krokar i hallen att hänga ytterkläder på. Och krokar på toaletterna till handdukar. Samt 2 st stolar till köket då vi var 6 personer, ett vardagsrumsbord till tv rummet så man kan sitta där och umgås, spela osv.
