The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds.
The location is a bit sketchy, in the middle of industrial Izmir right next to the highway.. I don't think anyone will stay there unless they have things to do in that neighborhood.

wi-fi работал не очень хорошо, временами прям совсем плохо
прокуренные номера: запах сигарет в ванной каждый день от курящих в соседнем номере соседей, но это скорее не проблема отеля, а всей Турции

Excellent, helpful, and competent customer service. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They even upgraded us for free.. our room even had a jacuzzi.. and my kids loved spending time In it.
I would strongly recommend coming and spending a night here..
My family felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stop over here
