About this house rental
This townhome gives you the best of both worlds. If relaxation is what you seek then look no further. Direct oceanfront while in town with tons of restaurants within minutes,. The wrap around balcony offers the ability to sit in the sun or in the shade. Updated well stocked kitchen, allows the chef of the family to still be apart of the action while creating delicious meals and watching the waves roll in. Don't forget about the heated pool. The master bedroom over looks the ocean with a king size bed and the guests bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are 3 tv's so no one has to miss their favorite shows.

We enjoyed our time here. There was great communication from the start while also answering questions we had. The property was as described, clean, in a safe area and right on the beach. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins from the patio. It was easy to pop down to the beach as there was access right on the property as well. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys available which was nice. Additionally, it is close to a Walmart, Publix, and many good restaurants. We loved the Cuban restaurant right across the street! We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

The apartment itself was clean the comfortable. The pool was clean and very nice however the outside property was not maintained well. There were stacks of old tile in the grass and a large metal shutter in the parking area that had obviously been there a while. I was very impressed though that an Amazon package That was sent there after we left was returned by the host! If the outside maintenance issue is improved I would happily stay there again.
