Appartement Säuling - Echtler, Haus

Our newly renovated apartment (2017) features hardwood floors and a kitchenette equipped with: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two ceramic cooktops, and a sink. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc., as well as dish towels and dish soap, are also provided. From the comfort of the double bed, you can watch your favorite movies or similar programs on the flat-screen TV. You can eat indoors in the sitting area or, when the weather is nice, on the furnished south-facing balcony with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful Alpine panorama. All windows and the balcony door are equipped with fly screens. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, 1 toilet, and 1 sink. Towels and soap are also included in the price. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge.



Former farmhouse in a quiet location with a unique view. Playground with a play tower and a trampoline. Small fleet of vehicles including a pedal bulldozer, balance bike, and Bobby car, as well as a bow and arrow set. A bench in front of the house invites you to rest and relax. Behind the house is a barbecue area with a small play field and soccer goals. 
The apartments are all located on the 1st floor.



On-site costs: Payment is due on site in cash. A deposit of 50% of the total price must be transferred no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Security deposit: €5.00 (per card) for the guest cards. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (or by arrangement); check-out by 10:00 AM. Dogs welcome upon request—for an additional fee (max. €8.00 per pet/night). The tourist tax of €2.10 (free for ages 0–5; €1.10 for ages 6–13) per person/night will be charged separately on site. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Wi-Fi, heating, parking, water, bed linens, kitchen towels, and bath towels are included. Available upon request: crib, high chair, baby monitor, and bath/changing station.



Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
