The property is the first floor of this home - does not include the upstairs part. There is plenty of room and very comfortable and clean. In fact, more bedding could be put at the home.
The home owner was fabulous and easy to deal with. Parking is onsite and it is approx 10 minutes drive to Mugello circuit. And the town close by has many facilities and about a ten minute walk.
It is well stocked with utensils etc. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows. Lovely towels as well. i would certainly stay here again.
Belvilla who manage the property are terrible to deal with and could have effected the owners rating if not for her good communication and dealings. Belvilla - I would never stay at a property managed by them again.
The property does not have air conditioning as advertised and although there are shutters on windows, the front bedroom was a little noisy at times when sleeping and if you like a quiet sleep. It would not stop me staying there again….I just wore my earplugs.

A big plus for us was that our dogs were very welcome.
