Schaefer Vacation Rental:

A modern and comfortably furnished vacation apartment awaits you, accommodating up to 5 people. In the fall of 2019, the apartment was completely redecorated and furnished with new furnishings. The vacation rental is 60 square meters in size and features a living room, bedroom, children’s room, kitchen, and bathroom. Adjacent to the living room is a south-facing balcony with seating, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view toward Keilberg.
Here’s what you can expect: A living room with a large, very comfortable recliner, a dining table with two benches, two cabinets, a TV (channels available only via streaming services), a Wii U game console with a gamepad and two controllers, as well as various games. A bedroom with an electrically height-adjustable double box-spring bed, two solid-wood nightstands, a solid-wood wardrobe, a rocking chair, and a beanbag. A children’s room with a Flexa bunk bed and a Flexa single bed, a dresser, and a beanbag. There are also some toys available. Fully equipped Nolte built-in kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Neff built-in stove with a ceramic cooktop (four burners), convection oven with grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich maker, hand blender, and plenty of dishes. Separate bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer. Bicycles or ski gear can be stored in the building’s basement.



On-site costs: A deposit of 20% is due upon booking. Please pay the remaining balance no later than four weeks before the start of your stay via bank transfer to the landlord’s account. A security deposit of €100 per stay is due in advance with the final payment and will be refunded at the end of the stay provided the apartment has been returned in accordance with the contract. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax is €2.10 per person per day of stay. Teenagers, schoolchildren, and students, as well as people with severe disabilities (GdB of at least 50), receive a discount. Keys are handed over on site. The final cleaning service is mandatory. It costs 90 € per stay.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
