This one bedroom unit is located in a semi-rural location, approx 10min from the outskirts of Santana. The modern unit is very spacious - both in the bedroom, living areas, and bathroom, and spotlessly tidy. We enjoyed the quietness of the area, and appreciated being able to use the washing machine and coffee maker! There is a good resto about 1km down the road, which we can recommend (Snack bar e Restaurante Ilha & Montanha) for a hearty chicken/pork meal.

Well equipped apartment with a great balcony, cozy rooms and comfortable bed. Very suitable for a longer stay on Madeira. Due to its mountainous location, it was very calm and quiet. I would absolutely come again and recommend it to friends and family.
The balcony was nice, but faced the street and the views were limited. Additionally, the parking spot is very small for the two rental cars of the two guest apartments. The owner was also quite inflexible regarding an additional guest in the apartment.

Balcony is nice and the house is well positioned in order to explore the eastern part of the island
It was not totally cleaned, there are a lot of ants everywhere and the house is really cold and humid.
